Ingredients

Preparation

  1. I use my food processor.
  2. Process the ingredients separately.   Otherwise if you keep adding the ingredients altogether it will end up like mush.
  3. Mix together in a big bowl
  4. Chop garlic buds very fine.
  5. Then cilantro. 
  6. I remove garlic and cilantro from food processor and add to big bowl.
      
  7. I cut the onions with greens into about 1 inches and add a little tomato juice and process just a few seconds so that the texture remains and add to big bowl.

  8. I chop the canned tomatoes just a couple seconds, just enough so to leave pieces of tomato. 
  9. Add diced avocados to big bowl
  10. Add diced fresh tomatoes to big bowl
  11. Add Caldo, Garlic powder, lime and salt to taste
.(For smaller amount, divide recipe in half)
