Chimayo Cocktail

Ingredients

   
2 C Jose Cuerva Tequila
1 C Creme De Cassis
3 Lemons (juice only)
1 C Apple Juice

Preparation

Pour the tequila and unfiltered apple cider into a glass over ice. Add lemon juice and Creme De Cassis and stir. Garnish with apple slice and serve
