1/2 C | Shortening |
1 t | vanilla |
1 C | dark corn syrup |
1 pkg | butterscotch pudding mix |
2 C | sifted cake flour |
1/2 t | salt |
3 t | baking powder |
1 C | milk |
Blend shortening, vanilla, syrup and egg and beat. Add dry pudding powder as it comes from package and beat. Sift flour with salt and baking powder and add alternately with milk to shortening mixture. Pour into paper lined pans and bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
