small marshmallows

Preparation
- Put the unbeaten whites, sugar and water in the upper part of a double
boiler.
- Have the water boiling rapidly and at once beat.
- Continue
cooking and beating 7 minutes.
- Add marshmallows, remove from fire
and beat with spoon until cool enough to hold its shape.
