Wacky Cake
Debra New's famous cake. Christi's FAVORITE to make and eat!
Ingredients

| 2 1/2 C | 3 C | flour |
| 1 1/2 C | 2 C | sugar |
| 4 1/2 T | 6 T | cocoa |
| 1/2 t | 1 t | salt |
| 2 t | 2 t | baking soda |
| 9 T | 3/4 C | salad oil |
| 1 T | 2 T | vinegar |
| 1 1/2 t | 2 t | vanilla |
| 2 C | 2 C | cold water |
Preparation
- Mix dry ingredients together in a 9 x 13 cake pan with a fork. Make 3 pockets for the oil, vinegar and vanilla. Pour each in the pocket.
- Pour 2 cups cold water over all and mix thoroughly with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.<
