Cream Cheese Mints

Ingredients

23 roses with 23 leaves
2 1/2 C powdered sugar
3 oz  cream cheese
1/2 t flavoring and coloring as desired

Preparation

  1. Mix and knead as for pie dough.
  2. Roll in ball the size of marble.
  3. Place in mold and press.
  4. If desired, sprinkle mold with granulated sugar.
  5. Un-mold on wax paper.
