Diana's & family Favorite

Ingredients

36 oz.	chocolate chips (3 12 oz. packages)
1/2 lb	butter
2 C	nuts (chopped)
2 T	vanilla
8 oz	marshmallow whip
13 oz	pet milk (1 tall can)
4 1/2 C	sugar

Preparation

1. Put in a large bowl; chocolate chips, butter, nuts, vanilla and marshmallow whip.
2. Bring pet milk and sugar to a boil and them boil for 10 minutes stirring constantly.
3. Pour over other ingredients and stir quickly till melted.
4. Pour into large cookie sheet to set.
