2 1/4 C | flour |
1 t | baking powder |
f1/2 t | soda |
1/2 t | salt |
3/4 C | shortening |
1 C | sugar |
2 | eggs |
2 T | milk |
1 t | vanilla |
Mix well and add 1 C pecans, 1 C dates and 1/3 C cherries (chopped).
Shape into balls, about 1 level T per cookie. Crush 2 1/2 C corn flakes. Roll each ball in flakes and top with cherry. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 - 12 min. Don't store until cold.
