No cooking! Just eggs to beat and milk to measure.
Ice cream to bring back memories of Sunday afternoons long ago.
Ingredients

eggs |
2 1/4 C |
Sugar |
5 C |
milk |
4 C |
Heavy Cream |
4 1/2 teaspoon |
vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon |
Salt |
Preparation
- Beat eggs.
- Add sugar gradually
- Continue to beat until mixture is
very stiff.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix
thoroughly.
- Pour into gallon freezer and
freeze as directed.
