Burgundy Beef

Grandma New's recipe.

Ingredients

2 lbs  stew meat cut in 1" cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 C red wine
salt & pepper
1 can mushrooms (add last hour of cooking)

Preparation

Place ingredients in baking dish in order given.  Cover and bake at 250 - 275 degrees for 5 hours or more.
