Chicken Muglai

Ingredients

Ingredients #1
1/4 Bottle BBQ Sauce
3 T Butter
2 Onions Chopped
1 t Ginger
1 t Cumin
1 t Tumeric
1/2 t Caraway Seed 
4 Garlic Cloves minced 
Ingredients #2
1/2 C Chicken Stock
1(16oz) Crushed tomatoes
1 C Sour Cream
1 t brown sugar
1 TBLS Cardamon 
1 t ground cloves
1/2 t butter (melted)

Preparation

  1. Brush chicken with BBQ Sauce and broil until done
  2. Heat Butter and saute onions and then and add #1 Ingredients.
  3.  Stir in tomatoes
  4.  Blend with Chicken stock
  5.  Bring to a boil
  6.  Simmer 10 minutes
  7.  Add remaining ingredients
  8.  Cook 30 minutes
  9.  Enjoy on Rice
