Teriyaki Beef

Ingredients

2 lbs beef cut in thin strips
1 T ginger
1/4 C rice wine
2 T sugar or honey
1/3 C soy sauce
1 clove garlic
onion powder

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and marinate at least 1 hour.  Beef can be stir fried or skewered and cooked on the BBQ.
