Teriyaki Chicken

Marinade #1 Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs chicken cut in strips
2 t salt (optional)
4 t sugar
1 clove garlic 
1/2 t ginger
2 T rice wine

Marinade #2 Ingredients

1/4 C sugar
1/4 C Soy Sauce

Preparation

Mix marinade #1 ingredients all ingredients and marinate at least 1 hour

30 minutes before cookiong add marinade #2 ingredients to Marinade #1.

Chicken can be stir fried or skewered and cooked on the BBQ. 

Optional:  Cut up a whole, skinned chicken and marinate the pieces.  Broil in the oven, turning so as not to burn.
