Hot Chicken Salad

Grandma New's recipe.

Ingredients

2 C cooked chicken 
1 C cooked rice
1 C cooked celery, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 C mayonnaise
1 t dried onion or 1 T minced onion

Preparation

Mix all together.  Top with crushed potato chips (1/2 to 1 cup) and crushed almonds (optional).  Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.  Makes a 9 X 9 pan. Can be made and frozen or made the day before.
