Apple Pie

vanilla

salt

baking powder

1/2 C

flour
|
1/2 C

chopped walnuts
|
1 C

diced apples

Preparation
- Beat
egg, sugar, vanilla, salt and baking powder together until smooth and
fluffy.
- Beat in flour until
smooth and well blended.
- Stir
in walnuts and apples.
- Turn
into a lightly greased 8" pie plate and bake 30 minutes.
- Pie will puff up as it cooks, then collapse as it cools.
- Serve warm, topped with a scoop of ice milk.
- Yields 6 servings.
