Peach Crumble

Ingredients

8 peaches (sliced - fresh or canned or frozen)
1 t lemon juice
1 C sifted flour
1 C brown sugar
1/8 t salt
1/4 C butter

Preparation

  1. Arrange sliced peaches in buttered 8" baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Blend flour, brown sugar and salt together.
  4. Cut in butter.
  5. Sprinkle crumb mixture over peaches.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
