Praline Pumpkin Pie
Deena's special occasion pie
Ingredients

eggs (well beaten)

pumpkin (canned)

2/3 C
|
brown sugar (packed)
|
1 T
|
flour
|
1/4 t
|
cloves
|
1/2 t
|
salt
|
1/2 t
|
cinnamon

1/2 t

ginger

Preparation

Roll
and fit your favorite pastry loosely into 9 inch pie pan.

Fold
edge to form standing rim; flute.

Prick
crust with fork

Combine
crust ingredients.

Press
firmly into bottom of pie shell.

Bake
in hot oven (450 degrees) 10 minutes.

Combine
pie ingredients.

Blend
in 1 C coffee cream or undiluted evaporative milk, beating until mixture
is smooth and creamy.

Pour
into partially baked shell.

Bake
in slow oven (325 degrees) 40 to 45 minutes.
