Vanilla Cream Pie
Ingredients
3/4 C
sugar
1/3 C
flour
1/4 t
salt
2 C
milk
2
egg yolks (slightly beaten)
2 T
butter
1 t
t vanilla

Pie Shell
Preparation
Combine flour, milk and salt.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils.
Cook two minutes.
Stir small amount of mixture into beaten yolks.
Cook and stir two minutes more.
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
Cool and pour into baked pie shell
