Bran Muffins

This is a Recipe from Grandma New

Ingredients

eggs
1 qt  buttermilk
5 C whole wheat flour
1 1/2 C honey
5 t  soda
2 t  salt
1 C oil
1 box (15 oz) raisin bran

Preparation

  1. Beat eggs and add milk.

  2. Mix in flour, honey, soda and salt. Then mix in oil and bran.

  3. This batter will keep in the refrigerator for 6 weeks so that you may make fresh muffins when you want.

  4. Cook in regular oven or if in microwave: Cook 2 muffins for 2 minutes; 4 muffins for 3 minutes; 6 muffins for 4 minutes.
