4 | eggs |
1 qt | buttermilk |
5 C | whole wheat flour |
1 1/2 C | honey |
5 t | soda |
2 t | salt |
1 C | oil |
1 box | (15 oz) raisin bran |
Beat eggs and add milk.
Mix in flour, honey, soda and salt. Then mix in oil and bran.
This batter will keep in the refrigerator for 6 weeks so that you may make fresh muffins when you want.
Cook in regular oven or if in microwave: Cook 2 muffins for 2 minutes; 4 muffins for 3 minutes; 6 muffins for 4 minutes.
