Cinnamon Biscuits

Ingredients

2 C flour
1/2 t salt
3 t baking powder
f1/2 t cream of tarter
3 T sugar
1/2 C shortening
2/3 C milk

Preparation

  1. Sift all dry ingredients --- cut in shortening, add milk. Knead with hands.

  2. Roll out 1/4" thick. Spread on melted butter and sprinkle on cinnamon and sugar.

  3. Cut in strips and place in muffin tins and bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes.
