Post's raisin bran muffins

Ingredients

15 oz Raisin Bran
3 C sugar
5 C flour
5 t soda
2 t salt
4 eggs
1 C salad oil
1 qt buttermilk

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together. The Raisin Bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt.

  2. Beat the eggs with the salad oil and buttermilk.

  3. Mix the dry ingredients with the eggs, salad oil and buttermilk.

  4. Bake in muffin tins for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.

  5. Will keep in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
