Andy's Carrots

Andy Hubner made these carrots one Christmas.   They were great.

Ingredients

	carrots
	Sambucca or sweet brandy
	butter

Spices

	salt
	pepper
	nutmeg
	cinnamon

Preparation

1. Boil carrots till a fork goes through
