Carrots and Celery
Ingredients
4 C
carrots (thinly sliced)
4 C
celery (thinly sliced)
3
green onions (finely chopped)
1/2 C
butter
salt
pepper
Preparation
Saut carrots and celery in butter over very low heat, cover tightly until they develop steam.
As soon as they have released some juices, stir and cover tightly cooking over low heat until tender. Do not overcook.
Add green onion seasonings stir and serve.
