Easy Pickled Beets
Ingredients
1 can |
whole beets (#2 can) |
1/2 C |
sugar |
1/2 C |
vinegar |
1/3 t |
salt (optional) |
Preparation

Separate beet liquid from beats and
add water to equal 1 cup.

Bring liquid to a boil.

Add whole or half beets.

Simmer for a few minutes.

Chill before serving.
