Bread
9 C | flour |
4 | eggs |
1/2 C | sugar |
2 pkg | yeast |
1 1/2 C | Scalded milk cooled |
1 1/2 C | cooled water |
1 t | salt |
Preparation
- Put flour in Tupperware
Cake holder lid and make a well.
- In small bowl, beat
eggs. Mix in sugar and yeast. Mix milk and water and add
to mixture. Add salt. Pour into well. Do not mix.
- Seal and burp.
- Set in hot water for 30
minutes.
- Take out.
- Add 2 sticks melted
margarine and mix all. Seal and burp again.
- Return to hot water for
30 minutes.
- Knead 15 to 20 times and
shape into rolls or bread.
