Suet Pudding
Ingredients
| 1 C | brown sugar |
| 1 C | suet (ground beef fat) |
| 1 C | raisins or dates |
| 1 C | fine bread crumbs |
| 1 C | flour |
| 1/2 C | nuts |
| 1 t | soda |
| 1 t | baking powder |
| 1/2 t | cinnamon |
| 1/2 t | cloves |
| 1/2 t | salt |
Preparation
- Mix all together and add 1 C hot water.
- Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
- Serve with Sweet Gravy.
